Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Lavel's. We are committed to providing the best products at the best prices, combined with unrivaled customer service. If you should receive your product damaged, broken or opened, and would like to return it for a full refund we require for you to send us a picture of the damaged product in its original bottle(s), in the box that you received it in, and showing where the product was damaged.

Send the picture to us along with your contact information and order number to our customer service email Lavelsbbq@gmail.com within 10 days of your purchase. Upon receiving these pictures, we will begin the return fulfillment process.

Please be aware that if you do not send the required picture with the required specification unfortunately, we will not be able to replace your order nor return you money back. Money back refunds for damaged products may take up to 7 business days to process.

*Note: There are no money back guarantees for products that may not meet your taste requirements. Money back returns are for damaged products only.

 

Return Fulfillment Orders for in-stock product will be shipped within 48 hours for delivery 2-4 business days after we receive the required information stated in return policy, depending on your location. A physical street address and a phone number are required for all shipments.

 

*All returns are subject to approval, and it is the sole discretion of Lavel's management to determine if a return qualifies for a refund or replacement.

You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
